Technology fails when nobody owns it, or when the people using it were never shown how. We help you decide what to buy and in what order, look after it as your part-time ICT officer, and train your staff to use it well.
Many organisations buy equipment first and discover later what they needed. We start with what you have and what your people do all day, then give you a plan and a budget you can put in front of a board.

2 · ICT officer on call
A part-time ICT person who knows your setup
A full-time ICT officer is more than many organisations can pay for. Having nobody means every fault becomes an emergency. Our officer-on-call plan sits between the two.

Questions
Things people ask before they call
What does an ICT officer on call actually do?
Think of a part-time ICT person who knows your setup. They visit on agreed days, answer calls quickly, look after backups, accounts and updates, advise before you buy, and send a short report each month. You pay a monthly amount and nothing else unless you buy equipment.
Do you sell computers and equipment?
We advise on what to buy and check quotes, but we do not earn from any supplier. That keeps our advice on your side.
Can you train our staff at our premises?
Yes. We come to you, or you can book a seat at one of our open programmes in the Academy. For groups of five or more, a private session is usually better value.
How do the Academy and this page fit together?
The Academy runs open courses and a calendar of dates. This page is for organisations that want training built around their own people, their own data and their own dates.
Is training useful if we do not have the tools yet?
It often helps most at that point. People learn what to ask for, and the plan you buy afterwards is better.
Can you help us choose between systems?
Yes. That is a large part of our advisory work. We look at what you need, compare the options honestly, and tell you when the cheaper one is good enough.
Tell us what your team needs.
A few lines are enough. We reply within one working day and suggest a first step that fits your budget.
